Wendy, thank you SO much for the nice mention! I actually use this book all the time; and not just because I'm one of the authors. The double-fudge brownies are out of this world... but anyway, there's tons of good whole-grain stuff here. WHO KNEW whole grains could taste great? Thanks again. P.J. Hamel, King Arthur Flour baker.
I was a Vermonter for 27 years. I miss living within driving distance of King Arthur! I know I can order stuff, but it's just not the same :-) My daughter and I actually looked forward to the times I had to go to Dartmouth-Hitchcock hospital so we could go into KA and get almond crescents :-)
I hope your book sells a zillion copies!
